Description : Mondo Rescue (http://www.mondorescue.org) is a powerfull and flexible GPL restore solution for emergency purposes.

This talk will cover the MondoRescue main functionalities :

 backup image creation,
 mindi, mini-distribution used to create restore environment,
 the differents restore options (automated, interactive, compare, on-line ...)
 more advanced usages like those developped since the project relaunch (LVM v2, PXE, ...)
 deployement server creation for Mondo image restore by PXE,
 Mondo clone images techniques.

This talk will also describe the new project orientations taken since Sept 2005 (new maintainer) and the roadmap for the next version 3.0.x. Some points about project management (SVN, Trac etc) will also be covered.
