Web accessibility, as defined by Tim Berners-Lee, relies on the concept of universality. More and more polished technical aids help in most cases to reach the “One Web” target without much effort. This allows disabled people to get to the Internet in good conditions and their user experience is close to the one of non handicaped people.

As praiseworthy as it can be, the goal of a unique web, leaves a big many people on the side, first of all the ones with a mental disability.

A new approach has to be invented for them to access the wonderful tool Internet can be.

Drafts of solutions already exist, often proprietary. How to take part to the creation of free solutions anyone can use ?
